Trashy Wall Art

Do these look familiar to anyone? I think they are probably from the 70's. They have been sitting in my garage and are very ugly and were ready for the trash can! But wouldn't they be cute in a little girls shabby bedroom?
I took the flowers off and spray painted them pink and the board white. Spray paint does wonders!!! I love Rustoleum's 2x coverage.

Ahhhhh, so crisp and clean. Trashy wall art made shabby! This was a super easy project and took about 30 minutes!

Those do look a lot better!! Did you spraypaint outside in these temps? I'm dying to spray paint some things but thought it was too cold; what's your advice?

You have a much better eye than I do. I would have used them for firewood.

Now THAT was some spray paint magic! They look perfect for a shabby girls room! I love to see the potential in things and I love spray paint but even I couldn't see the fab-ness those could have. Nice job!

They look terrific. Will you post a pic on how you used them in the room? I'd like to see how you put it all together!

Cute pieces! Very shabby chic, and I'm jealous that you can use spray paint as we're still in cold up here. Can't wait til we finally hit 55 degrees again because I'm going to go to town with the spray paint cans!
